What have you not yet explored?

Thanks for this great team coaching question David Fung. Asking “What have we not yet explored” helps everyone jump out of the first viable solution and move into more creative problem solving.

Trying it during a brainstorming session to help push beyond the obvious answers and get out of the echo chamber. Often you’ll get more unique, individual ideas brought forth.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
